1. The Messaging Program

Molloy BDG ("we," "our," or "us"), through the SalesMax Plus AI Max Agent service operated by Molloy LLC, sends automated SMS text messages to callers who have requested them during a call with our AI phone agent. This document describes the terms under which those messages are sent.

By consenting during your call to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. How You Opted In

Text messages are sent only to individuals who verbally requested them during a call with our AI phone agent. During your call, the agent asked whether you would like to receive a text message related to your inquiry. Your verbal agreement is your opt-in consent.

No text messages are sent to callers who did not consent. The first text message you receive confirms your consent and provides opt-out instructions before any service message is delivered.

3. Types of Messages Sent

Depending on the nature of your call, you may receive the following types of messages:

All messages are service messages directly related to the reason for your call. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this service.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our service. You will typically receive between one and four messages per inquiry: an opt-in confirmation, a service message, and follow-up messages if your inquiry requires them (such as an appointment alternative or confirmation).

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Molloy BDG and Molloy LLC are not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier in connection with messages sent through this service.

6. Supported Keywords

SMS Disclosure: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages from this service. Your opt-out is processed immediately at the carrier level. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Your opt-out does not affect your ability to call our business or interact with our team directly.

8. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to your carrier's network availability and coverage.

9. Service Provider

The AI Max Agent SMS service is operated on behalf of Molloy BDG by Molloy LLC through the SalesMax Plus platform. Molloy LLC manages carrier registration, message delivery infrastructure, and compliance on behalf of Molloy BDG. Messages are delivered via Twilio, a registered A2P 10DLC SMS provider.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our SMS Data Privacy Policy, available at https://smpolicy.com/molloyllc/privacy.html, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with this service. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at https://smpolicy.com/molloyllc/terms.html. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last updated.
